Works to fulfill our organisation's statutory requirements by providing financial and legal advice and to support the creative and technical development of the organisation.

Dr Daniel Mudie Cunningham (Chair) is the Senior Curator at Artbank and has been active as an independent curator, lecturer, arts writer and artist since the mid-1990s.  www.danielmcunningham.com

Caitlin Vaughan (Secretary) has had over ten years experience in advocacy and community development, as well as in campaigns, publications and media. She has worked as a trade union organiser, waitress, policy analyst, project manager and has long followed side interests in photography, literature, cultural history and music. Currently she works for Information and Cultural Exchange (ICE) in research and policy development.

Omri Godjin (Acting Treasurer) is a strategic business development manager specialising in media and advertising.

Neil Jenkins is an artist, designer and programmer. As well as personal projects, interactive design and artworks, Neil works on a wide range of commercial projects and with arts organisations.

Cass Matthews is a lawyer specialising in arts and media. She has been a member of the Arts Law Centre legal advice panel since 2004. Currently, she is head of legal at UBI and lectures in media law at the University of Melbourne.

Bob Percival worked for the Screen Australia (formerly Australian Film Commission) in the capacity of regional screen touring. His academic background is as a writer and researcher of Sydney screen culture arts histories in the 1980s.
