Engage conceptually and technically with the creators of two inter/nationally award winning cd-roms, Uncle Bill
and SHOCKED.

This is an opportunity to understand what drives the artists, how they produce there work and what
opportunities exist for the wider distribution of their creation. Also, they claim to be the worlds most prolific
composers, Magnus-Opus will lead us into the tone of their world - maybe even with violinists?

The 21st century has brought forth a set of digital tools that the media artist has taken up at the speed
of light. Who are the practitioners today and what is underpinning their practice? Do these tools offer
the scope to reflect the magnitude of current affairs or are they just digitally enhanced playgrounds? A
forum investigating the function, technique and value of experimental media culture in Australian
contemporary society.
